Projects

Most solutions inside ITP are based on your active project. We've gone ahead and created a project for you for the current year, but you can edit this and create projects for additional fiscal years or just to test what-if scenarios at any time.

Not sure what impact your project changes will have? Click the Start Demo option to launch a temporary demo company, with (Copy of MNC Inc) or without pre-set data (Copy of Empty Company), where you can test the entire platform without limitation.

Project Settings

Here's where you provide your footprint, including Entity Data and Transactions. We'll use this data to power your Orbitax Solutions.

You can add your footprint by simply selecting countries, import your data directly into your Project, or sync data directly with the Entity Tracker.

Solutions & Tools

All Orbitax solutions are listed in this left-hand menu. Click on a solution to view the available tools or to find out more. We're still in the process of converting some legacy tools into ITP, so in the meantime they will open in a new browser tab just like normal.

If you find that you spend most of your time in the same handful of tools, just click the star icon and we'll bump it right to the top of the list.

Platform Tools

We've added various tools to ITP including your own custom Dashboard and Analytics. You'll also find additional tools such as a team document repository, a task manager for those all-important due dates and more.

Company Chat

Need something from a team member or stakeholder? As long as they're in your company's contacts (you can easily add people to the contact list from the contact tab as well as in context e.g. when you need to chat with a person and they are not already in your contact list), you can message them directly here and we'll send them a notification.

Once they respond, you'll see a notification right here in ITP.

Collaboration

In some solutions you can work concurrently inside a tool with other users. Any changes made will be captured here where you can communicate, review and complete the workflow.

Here you'll be able to manage your account settings, switch companies and more.

Done for the day? Then you can logout here. There are no files to manage or save, everything is updated and stored securely in the cloud automatically. The next time you log in, things will be just as you left them.
